Since 1991 the Mission Youth Soccer League, a non-profit corporation affiliated with the California Youth Soccer Association, has offered the youth of the Mission neighborhoods of San Francisco year-round activities to play soccer, the game they love
Programs offered by the Mission Youth Soccer League have included tutoring after school, clinics for coaches, camps and clinics for players, scholarship assistance, and access to statewide soccer competition.
Mission Youth Soccer League players have become valuable citizens by successfully graduating from high school, working local jobs, and many have furthered their education by attending trade schools, and colleges such as Yale, Boston, UC San Diego, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UCLA, Sacramento State, Notre Dame, San Jose State, Dominican, UC Merced,St. Mary's college, San Luis Obispo, Monterrey Bay State, Santa Clara, Santa Barbara... also Wittery, SF State, Sonoma State, Humboldt State, Chico State, San Francisco City College, Skyline College, Contra Costa College, Pacific College, Stockton State and trade schools like mechanic, eletrician, nursing and more.
In times when funding opportunities are increasingly scarce, the Mission Youth Soccer League asks you to consider a contribution of financial assistance to support our worthy soccer programs. Please think of the impact that your gift will create toward the future of kids in Mission neighborhoods.
Our sincere thanks,
