MYSL Update - April 14, 2011
~Fall Paperwork
All paperwork was due today, but due to SO MANY teams asking for extensions, we have EXTENDED THE DEADLINE TO APRIL 20, 2011 AT 8:00 PM - THERE WILL BE NO MORE EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
Following are the minimum number of rostered players for Fall registration:
U-6 thru U-8 - 10 players
U-9 thru U-11 - 11 players
U-12 thru U-19 - 14 players
When you return your fall paperwork, please make sure that you include the MYSL Code of Conduct (included in your packet) and (if applicable) the Vikings Code of Conduct.
~CCSL Teams must sign up here to get released to play for CCSL. You must fill this out when playing out of District 1. This includes Fall, Winter, Summer and Spring.
All teams playing CCSWL in the fall, pleasefill out this form, print a copy and bring it to the MYSL Office.

Teams playing in Vikings as a guest team Here are important dates: http://www.sfvikings.com/reg/guest.htm
Two key dates:
a) Apr 26, this is date to get TIN, think of it as intent to register. We need this to give preliminary count to Rec and Park. It is a very short on-line form to let us know team age, etc.
b) The MYSL will meet with viking on this date May 19, to bring in roster, parent code of conduct and player passes. Note we have a link to code of conduct in spanish on website

3) No, there will not be a U9 UH division

All teams playing in SF Cup and using CYSA Passes - YOU MUST USE YOUR WHITE PASSES, the BLUE Spring passes WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
