Hello Coaches,

Please read carefully and make sure that you download all attachments.

The attached form must be used from now on for all roster movements.

Coaches and managers should be checking emails daily and web sites at least twice per week. Remember, this update from MYSL is just reminders and summaries. Your playing league sends regular updates as well.

This is a final reminder of deadlines for upcoming Cup games. Please make sure that all paperwork that needs to be processed for cup play is at the MYSL Office by the following dates:

Founders Cup - U16 - U19 - Deadline has passed. Paperwork was due 2/11 by noon.

President's Cup - U12-U13 - Deadline is Monday, 2/18 by noon.

State Cup = U12-U14 - Deadline is Monday, 2/18 by noon.

Based on input from our coaching community, the MYSL Summer League will be a 7 v 7 playing league. Please check out the attached flyer. Please print it and distribute to your team and any other teams that you would like to invite to play this summer.

MYSL has t-shirts with our MYSL Logo. If you would loike some for your players for practices or games, come by the MYSL office and pick up while supplies last. SIzes Adult Med, Large, and X-Large.

If you have issues on practie or on game day (if teams or adults aren't cooperating by vacating or sharing the field properly, you can email recparksurvey@mindspring.com You will need to identify which team is the problem, the date and time and which field the problem happens.

If a coach has more than one team and wants to practice both teams, you still need fill out the practice request form. Put both teams onthe same line and at the comment section add what you want, which teams, and the ages (dates and times).

Teams that want to play under US Club for State Cup in the future with the same players that are on their CYSA roster can, but need to provide home fields ahead of time and it cannot be a SFRP field. You can play all of your games as away. If your roster changes or non-residents are put on your team, you will lose your practice space. CCSL games will have priority and you will not be able to re-schedule games.
