Fall Registration
Fall Registration packets are ready to pick up and are available on Friday at the MYSL office from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or at Mis Antojitos from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Some of the key documents are on the coach and parent's page.  COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FORMS FOR THEIR TEAM.  COACHES MUST HAND OUT FORMS TO EACH FAMILY AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE ABLE T ATTEND ONE OF THE REGISTRATION DATES.  IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU CANNOT ANSWER, PLEASE REFER THEM TO MR. GUZMAN.   Please review the packets carefully when you pick them up so that you can assure that all players that would like to play are eligible to play in the fall.
